What You’ll Do:

• Build and lead ahighly responsiveengineering team, collaborating with customers from project inception to final commissioning.
• Developdesign and product standardsfor both custom-engineered and standardized systems.
• Improve and optimize existingwater heaters, heat recovery, and wastewater equipment.
• Construct and execute atechnology roadmapfor future innovations.
• Provide experttechnical supportfor field inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Foster alean culture, driving efficiency throughKaizen, value stream mapping, and standard work.
• Manage and mentor amultidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degreein Engineering or Science (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering leadershipexperience, with expertise in heat transfer, combustion, and wastewater treatment.
• Experience managingengineered-to-orderprojects and leadingmultidiscipline teams.
• Strong understanding ofprocess equipment, instrumentation, and controls.
• Proficiency inMS Office Suiteand familiarity withLean/Six Sigmamethodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards such asASME, AWS, UL, NSF, NEC, NFPA, IEC(PE certification a plus).
