In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive the development and implementation of data science and AI models and algorithms to improve product development, pricing strategies, and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineering, pricing, and business experts, to identify areas where data science and AI can deliver value.
• Partner with pricing program team to maintain, refine, and scale target discount engine logic for downstream quoting systems across product groups and world areas.

• Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI.

Who You Are:

You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You learn quickly when facing new situations. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Expertise in querying data with SQL, manipulating data in Python (Pandas, Numpy), and machine learning techniques.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Experience in machine learning, optimization projects, and software-grade level coding.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with Docker, API Frameworks (e.g. Django), and Azure cloud computing.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
