Job Summary:

Data Analysts are key in Emerson’s digital strategy, analyzing data to understand customers, drive targeted marketing, and improve business efficiency, ensuring driven edge and growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Data collection and processing: Responsible for collecting customer-related data from multiple sources, and cleaning, integrating and standardizing to ensure the quality and consistency of the data and make it suitable for analysis.
• Data analysis and interpretation: Use statistical methods and data analysis techniques to analyze data, discover trends, patterns and correlations, and extract valuable information. Combined with the actual situation of the company’s products and architecture, work with the business team to transform data analysis results into actionable insights and provide business strategy recommendations.
• Report writing and data visualization: Write detailed analysis reports to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management or cross-departmental teams. Use charts, dashboards and other tools to transform data analysis results into an easy-to-understand visual format.
• Model building: Develop and optimize predictive models to support business decisions.
• Project management: Communicate with the demand side and complete the data project requirements, write project requirements, and realize the smooth implementation of data projects.
• Technical research: Research and apply the latest data analysis technologies and tools to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Communicate well across a matrix organization. Interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level
• Strong learning ability, proactive and meticulous work demeanor, curious about new technologies, strong initiative and sense of responsibility, critical to data, strong logic, and good stress resistance.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, statistics, mathematics, etc. or major in instrumentation automation and interested in data analysis.
• 3+ years related experience

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Candidates with experience in data analysis, business analysis, Internet, and strategic consulting are preferred.
• Fluent in English (Spoken and written) along with country language.
• Familiar with data analysis methods, can use data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI, etc.
• Occupational health and safety savvy.
