Mission (About the Role)
As aCybersecurityGovernanceInternatSchneiderElectric,youwillhavetheopportunitytogainhands-onexperienceinsupportingSchneiderElectric’scybersecuritygovernanceinitiatives.

ThisinternshipisdesignedtoprovideexposuretothecriticalaspectsofcybersecuritygovernancewithinSchneiderElectric’sglobalorganization,offeringavaluablelearningexperienceundertheguidanceofseasonedprofessionals.

What will you do?

• Assistin the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity controls and compliance requirements.

• Participate in cybersecurity risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to the enhancement of cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees.

• Assistin the review and analysis of cybersecurity governance frameworks and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cybersecurity governance initiatives across the organization.

• Contribute to the documentation and reporting of cybersecurity governance activities.

• And any other tasks as assigned by the Senior Cybersecurity Officer (East Asia Zone)

What qualifications will make you successful?

Education:

• Final year of Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interest in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk management, and Compliance.

• Knowledge of fundamental Cybersecurity principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).

Skills/SystemsKnowledge:

• Good communicationand interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, presentation and writing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer service-oriented mindset.
