Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to manage budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting for engineering, procurement, and construction activities on a major project. The role involves preparing cost reports, invoices, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage man-hour budgets and cost control for engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Compile and prepare internal and external project costing reports (e.g., Project Management Reports).
• Compile project management reports to monitor project financial status.
• Prepare invoices and Local Content Reports as required.
• Provide regular cost control and progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer.
• Proficient in cost control systems and Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
