In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Line balancing.
• Preparation of work instructions, Visual aids, route sheets and process sheets for operators.
• Preparation of flow diagrams and FMEAs.
• Coordination and monitoring of a new product.
• Review and interpretation of plans.
• Workstation design.
• Ensure the results of the indicators through improvements, supervising of procedures and controls established on production lines.
• Carry out rework methodologies fir non-conforming parts.
• Solving production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using.
• Lean, Kaizen tools and/or continuous improvement tools.
• Training for supervisor and leader of the production lines.
• Process Validation.
• Analysis of times and movements.
• Carry out rework methodologies for non-conforming parts.
• Problem solving of production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using Lean Methodology, Kaizen and/or Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Methodology, root cause analysis .
• Training for Supervisors, Leaders, operators and technicians of the production lines .
• Validation and implementation of processes.
• Analysis of Times and Movements.
• Implementation of engineering changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Operative model.

• Develop engineering documentation and implementation new work instructions.
• Realization of Management of Change.
• Implement with Lean Manufacturing tools and 5 Ss in the plant.
• Ensure that tools, materials and work equipment are provided corresponding.
