Reporting to the Instrumentation, Control Systems and Telecommunications department, you will be responsible for carrying out and managing Instrumentation installation studies on an international Oil & Gas Project.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Define requirements for the implementation of tools on a project and coordinate deployment (interfaces with IT, project team and disciplines)
• Define, specify and implement application configuration and parameterization according to project requirements: operating parameters, application structure, data references, libraries, lists, rules, access rights
• Adapt and/or develop forms for the production of reports and deliverables by the project instrumentation team and other disciplines (Information Management)
• Write and/or adapt procedures and instructions for using the application for the project and for various users (partners, subcontractors, vendors, customer)
• Assist, inform and train application users as required
• Carry out a first-level analysis in the event of a problem using the application, directing the resolution to the right person.
• Monitor and coordinate problem resolution
• Maintain a technology watch on the tools used by the instrumentation department, in particular on new functionalities offered by the tools used
• Provide users and management with the means to analyze and report on the quantity and quality of data managed by the tool.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.

• You are attending an engineering degree (from Bac +3) or equivalent with a major in Chemical / Process / Instrumentation Engineering
