In this role, you will impact the overall enhancement of our solutions by analyzing test results and providing valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements. Your technical guidance and support will empower the test engineers in your team to excel in their roles and deliver high-quality results.

You will report directly to our Manager of TestEngineering,and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a full-time, on-site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools.
• Experience in leading and coordinating testing activities.
• Proficiency in using automated testing tools and software for effective test execution.
