Job Description of Advanced Image Quality Engineer

Now Honeywell Security and Access Solutions R&D is offering opportunities for Advanced Image Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:

You will take role as Advanced Image Quality Engineer, be responsible for bring in qualified product features, performance based on team strategy and vision. This role is cross-functional; you will work closely with project team member, marketing, QA and partners to bring total solution of products to market. A successful candidate will be with good communication skill to work with global team locate in different country, strong engineering background, high analytical and able to work extremely effective in matrix organization.
Responsibilities will include:

•Translate customer requirements into engineer specifications and design test cases and plan to qualify.

•Setup test environment, test bench and equipment.

•Responsible for analyze issues, root cause analysis and drive issue fix in development and maintenance process.

•Work with global team to support ISP and 3A debugging program development and effect debugging.

•Responsible to work with team to deliver test video clips and documentation for products to customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

AT LEAST 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN IMAGE QUALITY TUNING AND IMAGE QUALITY VALIDATION.
FAMILIAR WITH CAMERA SENSOR & LENS CHARACTERISTICS.
KNOWLEDGE OF CAMERA SYSTEM PROCESSING.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN IMAGE QUALITY METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS.
EXPERIENCE WITH COMPETITOR ANALYSIS.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN IMAGE QUALITY MEASURE TOOLS AND RELATED PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE.
FLUENT IN MANDARIN & ENGLISH, GOOD COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS, INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
KNOWLEDGE OF SURVEILLANCE CAMERA WILL BE A PLUS.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND NPI PROCESS KNOWLEDGE WILL BE A PLUS.
GOAL-ORIENTED WITH A STRONG DRIVE FOR SUCCESS.
INDIVIDUALS WHO TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO GET THINGS DONE, DO THINGS BEFORE BEING ASKED BY OTHERS OR FORCED TO BY EVENT.
INDIVIDUALS THAT ASSEMBLE FACTS FROM VARIOUS AREAS, ANALYZE DATA, AND PROVIDE INFORMED RECOMMENDATIONS.
FLUENT IN JAPANESE WAS A PLUS.
EFFECTIVELY USING DATA TO MAKE INTELLIGENT DECISIONS.
MULTI-TASKING AND OWNING THE ABILITY TO MANAGE A VARIETY OF COMPLEX TASKS.
PROVEN TRACK RECORD DEVELOPING TEST.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

BACHELOR DEGREE IN TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED. MASTER DEGREE IS PREFERRED.
