Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer for our Euclid, OH headquarters. The Additive Manufacturing Engineer will engage in product development, manufacturing, process and system enhancement, sales support, and various activities associated with the growing business of additive manufacturing.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate on the design, specification, and documentation of materials integral to additive manufacturing processes.
• Dedicate efforts to elevate the quality and value of additive manufactured parts, employing engineering and scientific principles.
• Apply expertise in development projects, establishing and implementing standards and methodologies for product performance evaluations.
• Innovate and refine test methods to enhance new product development and standard product evaluations.
• Drive the enhancement of manufacturing process capabilities, facilitating the seamless introduction of cutting-edge products.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve robotic print issues.
• Partner with the sales team to offer support to customer inquiries, delivering effective solutions.
• Provide task-oriented guidance to Technicians, Technologists, and/or lower-level Engineers during the execution of development projects.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all work in process, documenting interim and final results in the prescribed format.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Display exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.

Required Experience & Education

• Minimum four-year B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Metallurgy, Software, Material Science, or related Engineering field).
• Level I Engineer: 0 – 3 +, Level II Engineer: 3 +, Level III Engineer: 5 + years of engineering experience, demonstrating a broad knowledge of engineering and scientific principles.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in modeling and drafting in CAD is preferred.
