Create and realize account and industry plan. Visit customers to acquire relevant information on customer needs, present Yokogawa capabilities and obtain Request for Quotation (RFQ). Realize order intake in line with targets, resulting in revenue/maximized margin and customer satisfaction.
Analyze specific market needs and find opportunities to which Yokogawa solutions may contribute.
Make use of developments and selling opportunities in order to generate leads which could increase order intake.
Take leadership in the multi–level sales process (local and global) and involve sales, delivery, service and legal departments and/or external parties in translation of customer needs into fit-for-purpose, competitive proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms & conditions, close deal with customers, resulting in a sales agreement that leads to successful agreement(s), in terms of revenue and margin, and customer satisfaction.
Understand, develop and expand (or contribute to) the portfolio management resulting in fit-for-purpose solutions.
Responsible for the permanent improvement of customer relationships covering customer DMU and strategy development for mutual benefits through cooperation with customers, including supervision of change orders.
Contribute to the collaborative environment throughout the (local and global) Yokogawa companies and participate in various improvement /change programs.
