Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work and provide great customer support in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of the products, urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas.

Based in Thermi, Thessaloniki and reporting to Product Marketing Manager, you will execute service work related to our EV department (Electrical Vehicle Chargers).

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment
• Handling maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories
• Advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare orders and support projects
• Travelling mainly within north Greece (and rarely on Balkan), as the role gives the opportunity to create a new service base on this area.

Qualifications for the role

• University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Technological sector)
• Sound knowledge of, and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of EV products will be considered and asset
• Solid command of English and Greek language
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent time management skills
• Team oriented personality and a solutions-oriented approach
• Trustworthy & ability to succeed in a fast-paced problem-solving environment
• Driver’s license / Ability to travel within GR (and Balkan at times)
