This role is essential to develop, maintain and improve direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined “Go to Market” philosophy. Through engaging with our customers via digital and remote sales tools out of the office and working with other Sales Engineers in the team to deliver the company’s ambitious growth targets, you will support customers that do not require periodic face-to-face contact or prefer to interact through integrated digital platforms. The focus is on selling and promoting products and services, concepts and solutions as offered by theMeasurement Solutions Business Unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support of an existing customer base
• Establishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support
• Regular support and advice for technical and commercial contacts
• Active offer tracking and project follow-up
• Preparing customer inquiries for processing by the internal sales team
• Monitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figures
• Development and maintenance of networks

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Commercial or technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Provensales / business developmentexperiencein acommercial role
• Affinity towards technology
• CRM & MS Office tools
• Full professional use ofEnglish and Dutch language is required

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Matrix organization experience
• Experience inindustrial automation environment; with a good knowledge ofsimilar technical products(e.g. flow control, pressure management, valves, actuators, regulators) and understanding of similar industries (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science)
• Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
