What will you do?
• Responsibilities Include:Ensure safety, health, environmental and quality system requirements are followedWire and assemble MC productsWork as a team member to meet customer requirementsVerify wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, job notes and bills of material are followed during the manufacturing processConsistently produce quality work whilemaintainingmaximum outputKeep work area clean and organizedTrain operator onhow to perform job tasks.Be a model of excellent safety and quality behaviorsProvide final close-out support for all productsMaintainaccurateandtimelyrecords of work activity including in-processcheck sheetsMust be versatiletoworkand eager to learnin different areas of the department
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
• Breakers Experience RequiredAbility to read and understand written material including production,inspection, SPB’s, BOM’sAbility to read wiring, layout, and schematic diagramsAbility to use a variety of power toolsAbility to meet production standardsAbility to work safelyCandidates willpossessthe ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics,blue prints, material lists, and other source material.This position requires periodic overtime on short notice to meet customer service.

• Physical Demands:Ability to work in tight spacesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required tostand, walk, stoop, squat, reach to or below shoulder level, lift, carry, push, pull, and use hands to handle and feelfor extended periods of time.The employee isfrequentlyrequired to climb and reach above shoulder level. The employeeis regularly required tolift/carry up to 40 pounds. The employee isfrequentlyrequired to push/pull up to 40 pounds.The employeeis occasionally required topush/pull greater than 40 pounds withassistance.
