Take the lead on high-impact automation programs in the data center industry as aSenior Automation & Controls Project Manager. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in high-pressure, schedule-driven environments and have a track record of delivering large-scale industrial automation or controls projects. You’ll oversee fast-paced, multi-site deployments from concept to turnover, acting as the primary liaison with hyperscale owners, contractors, OEMs, and commissioning teams. Your expertise will drive aggressive construction schedules and high-performance standards using strategies like prefabrication, modular deployment, and digital tools.

Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• 8+ years delivering mission-critical automation or controls projects.
• 4+ years as lead/senior PM on ≥50 MW data centers or similar megaprojects.
• MUSThave industrial automation & controls project experience.
• Technical Skills:
• BAS, PLC, SCADA platform expertise (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Ignition, AVEVA, Niagara 4).
• Protocols: BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, Fieldbus, Profibus.
• Familiarity with EPMS, DCS, DCIM systems, IST (level 4/5), and commissioning standards.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore, BIM 360.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• PMP, CCP, or NICET IV.
• Standards Knowledge:
• Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, NFPA 70E, IEEE 3004.
• Soft Skills & Leadership:
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams under compressed timelines.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Skilled in risk management, resource allocation, and executive-level reporting.
• Education:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent military or industry experience.
