Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Be the System Administrator for the MES System
Lead the integration of MES, SCADA, and DCS systems, with a strong focus on DeltaV.
Analyze and understand control system code for troubleshooting and optimization.
Work on IT/OT integration projects, including data mapping, parameterization, and report generation.
Collaborate with the team on the development of a scalable product for seamless system configurations.
Ensure strong IP security and adherence to NDA and confidentiality agreements.
Work independently in a small, hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ Years of experience with Syncade
Bachelors of Engineering Degree
Extensive experience Syncade system, Recipes authoring, Records  and reports
Experience with DeltaV, including system integration and configuration.
Familiarity with Emerson DCS systems and other platforms like Siemens PCS7 or PlantPAx.
Knowledge of MES, SCADA, or DCS systems and their integration processes.
Hands-on experience with bioreactors, process equipment, and SKID systems.
Ability to analyze existing recipes and batch records and propose improvements 
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot control system code.
Strong understanding of data mapping and batch data processing.
