YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments. Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing the corresponding engineering assignments. The work model for the role is: Hybrid near Vienna or SalzburgYou will be mainly accountable for:
• You will support project managers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and suppliers. • As a Project Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for technical complaints, customer specifications and safety standards. • You will take on technical, economic and organisational tasks and will be responsible for this area. • They help customers solve technical problems both remotely and at customer locations, often in the west of Austria and other locations such as Bulgaria, Luxembourg or Canada. • High willingness to travel • You will maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service at all stages of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• Completed technical training (HTL/FH/TU) or electrical engineering apprenticeship/technical college with 5 years of professional experience.
• Good general IT skills: MS Office, AutoCad, ECAD systems (such as EPlan, ECSCad, Comos PT,…), SAP
• Strong focus on safe working practices and commitment to compliance with all relevant safety guidelines in the workplace
• Very high level of self-motivation, interest in new things and the desire to acquire new technologies
• A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and verbal communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
