We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Automation & System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• System Design and Development:Understand and analyze requirement of manufacturing processes and operation process, design and implement solutions to ensure smooth data connectivity with the existing business system , such us ERP, improve production efficiency, data visualization and reduce variability.
• Application Development & Integration: Design, code, test, and debug software applications using programming languages and technologies, ensure applications are efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.Andintegrate applications with manufacturing system or other business system to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Implementation:support the installation and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into existing manufacturing processes.
• Security: Implement best practices for application security to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities
• Testing:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of applications before deployment.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for allocation systems. Rapidly diagnose and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure that automation solutions meet operational requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, operating procedure, software development processes, code standards, and application deployment procedures
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve development processes and application performance.Keep continuous Learning tostay updated with the latest advancements in automation and programming technology and recommend new tools and practices to improve manufacturing operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing automation, business system, including not limit to ERP and MES, or a related area.
• 5 years of experience in application development, software engineering, or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiar with database management systems (MS SQL server is preferred).
• Familiar with APIs and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Understand HMI development.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
