Job Description

Delivers consulting project activities, including client identification through final invoicing. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. Financial responsibilities include project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Viewed by customers as a consultant and performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.

As an application consultant, you will collaborate with the internal team and clients to deliver integration projects. We are looking for a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills. Some understanding of maintenance operations or experience in the manufacturing or similar industry will be a bonus.

You will report to the Manager – Integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and communicate integration project requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical design for secure and scalable solutions.
• Manage integration projects, ensuring timelines and client requirements are met.
• Manage communication, scope changes, conduct meetings and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expertise to establish how the Fiix features can be used to align with integration requirements.
• Assist clients with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide guidance on Fiix API usage and recommend best practices.
• Be an escalation point for any technical issues that may arise within these key areas.

The Essentials- You will have

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred- You may also have

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing projects.

• Experience within maintenance operations or experience in the manufacturing or similar field.

• 1+ years of experience in software implementation or SaaS.
• 1+ years of experience with APIs, gathering requirements, data analysis.
