As aField Service Engineer,your focus will beto provide services for Honeywell Terminal Solutions including Enraf Gauges, Fusion4 additive injector and batch controller within the PMC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
·Sales technical support for PMC products, including presentations, onsite technical support and site surveys to establish viability of using PMC products
·Management of customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and service
·Commissioning of PMC products and systems.
·On site, Remote & Telephonic within schedule and to end users’ specifications, of PMC products and systems:
oPMC Tank Gauging products including hardware and software
oPMC Fluid Loading/Blending/Injection/Calibration products
oPMC portable level / temp Tanksystems products
oOther peripheral PMC related products and Solutions
·Workshop repair and service of PMC products
·Technical training for end users on products and systems
·Produce technical documents on the use of PMC systems
General Responsibilities:
·Ensure required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place prior to commencing work.
·Produce part or part(s)/total of conceptual, functional detailed design specifications.
·Execute service or implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
·Execute Test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
·Executes Documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
·Share technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines
·Report progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor.
·Pro -actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.
·Comply with all Engineering Processes, tools and methodologies.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
·Bachelors Degree in Engineering an advantage
·Minimum of a Technical Certificate in Instrumentation / Electrical trade or related discipline
·5 Years in a relevant field (oil & gas preferred).
·Strong team player, experience in working in a team environment
·High level of skill in instrumentation and electromechanical work.
·Outstanding communications skills. The ability to communicate complex issues concisely and with clarity.
·The ability to produce clear written technical reports and documentation.
·Proficient in the Windows operating system environment.
·Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
·Knowledge of Web Server, active directory and basic networking skills desirable.
