Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Development Operations Coordinator to join our Abiomed team located in Danvers, MA. This position may require up to 10% travel.
This is a fully onsite position. The selected candidate will be expected to be onsite in Danvers, MA 5 days per week.

The Product Development Operations Coordinator is an exciting new opportunity on our Product Development team, and will facilitate the day-day operations and support of the leadership team. This role will directly support seven Director/Sr. Director technical leaders, who lead a cross functional engineering PD team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, positive, diligent and able to adapt to new challenges in our fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the PD leadership team to help enable effective prioritization and maintain consistent support and engagement
• Coordination of calendars, assisting with meeting scheduling and preparation including meeting agenda, logistics, room setup, technology and travel.
• Maintaining organization charts, collaborating with recruiting team for candidate interview scheduling
• Schedule and help coordinate product development team training assignments.
• Assist team leaders in travel bookings and expense reports/reimbursements, which require consideration of and compliance with healthcare compliance requirements, in a detail-oriented, timely and compliant manner
• Consistently performs admin duties such as PO creation and submission, troubleshooting workplace facility/technology issues, file management, and team transactional requests.
• Assist in maintaining team network folder structure and content to drive consistency and efficiency
• Drive operational efficiencies, e.g. best practice learnings, cross-department collaboration, IT systems support, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, event management or related.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• 2 years’ experience work experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks from stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written) with stakeholders, project team, local and international.
• Ability to act independently to resolve challenges. Solution driven and can-do attitude.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• This position requires exemplary customer service skills, the ability to handle tasks and priorities simultaneously, to anticipate team needs, and also work with independence and minimal supervision
• Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including cross functional administrative assistants, creating an efficient and effective teamwork atmosphere
• May require up to 0-10% travel – Domestic and International
