Job Description
*** Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued polygraph ***Primary responsibilities installation of communications components and cabling infrastructures and other construction trades as deemed necessary. Performs installation, removal, termination and testing of electrical cables related to computer room raised-floor equipment. Performs other general electrical maintenance installation-related duties as required. Installs/removes electrical cables, determines proper cable routing/termination and installs connections. Installs cable tray, installs branch circuits in a Raised-Floor environment. Installs conduit/cables for general site-related electrical applications. Performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the distribution, or utilization of electric energy. Work involves most of the following: installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment; working from schematics, blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications, locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment, working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment, and using a variety of electrician’s hand tools and measuring and testing instruments. Performs other general maintenance-related duties such as:
• participate in design reviews,
• complete required work and safety permits,
• perform small job take-offs
• coordinate team’s participation in site maintenance events
• participate in various customer meetings
• provide customer guidance on site installation requirements
• Perform a combination of maintenance and project tasks
• Be on call for after hours and weekend response to site for a one week period every six weeks
• Successfully complete training in United Kingdom electrical code
• Other duties as assigned#Intel

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
• Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Journeyman’s or Master’s Electrical License.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Various levels of environmental conditions including but not limited to project worksites and client facilities which may have temporary office space, moving mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures and high noise levels

• The U.S. Government customer requires that United States citizens under consideration for employment at the Rainy location, OCONUS, United Kingdom under a Department of Defense (DoD) contract as well as their spouse/domestic partner and any dependents ages 5yrs and above who will be accompanying them, complete a Behavioral Health Evaluation (BHE) by a doctoral-level (i.e., PhD, PsyD, or MD) behavioral health specialist (i.e., Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist) and be deemed “Qualified/Approved” before authorization can be granted to the Candidate Contractor and their family, to relocate to the United Kingdom. If the results of the BHE performed on you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or any dependents over the age of 5 accompanying you are deemed unacceptable by the U.S. Government customer, in its sole discretion, you will be denied access by the U.S. Government customer to the installation and, as a result, your offer of employment from Fluor will be rescinded.
