In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To acquire and develop key accounts within assigned territory, focusing on OEM, EPC, and SI.
• To perform analysis of customers’ strategic objectives, serve technical consultation to achieve better understanding of customers’ applications and needs, and provide timely responses and professional customer-specific solutions.
• To deliver regular product presentations to existing and potential key customers in a bid to develop new business.
• To conduct product training sessions for channel partners and key accounts.
• To mitigate and resolve channel conflict.
• To perform market intelligence related to business and technology trends and competition in the market.
• To provide reports and business forecasts accurately and promptly.
• To conduct quality visit planning and visit reports independently to achieve an adequate opportunity pipeline.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• At least 5 years of business development experience and/or proven successful track record in selling control system solutions.
• Strong relationship builder with a strong desire to win against competition.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel, visiting customers in other cities within the assigned territory.

Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of software such as SCADA and Edge Computing is a plus.
