Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for Service Jobs (Service Project, LCA, Training etc.)
• Achieve assigned sales targets for all Yokogawa Automation products in identified regions and segments.
• Recognize sales opportunities and develop new accounts with key customers.
• Sales & Marketing Activities for Systems (DCS, ESD, SCDA) which mainly includes.Technical Discussions with Customer & End UserTechnical Clarifications to Customer’s Queries on ProposalSystem Presentations (DCS & Safety Systems)Interactions with RSC for Additional Support (Technical as well as Commercial).
• Review Service projects Contractual, Technical, product Specification, and Standard requirements.
• Works diligently to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives and targets of Sales team.
• Overall co-ordination with Customers, Clients, Vendors for the Service opportunity.
• Responsible for Coordination with vendors and subcontractors for technical and other issues.
• Co-ordination with sourcing, logistics, order handling in the context of the Service
• Responsible for Enhance LCA, training & Service project business to meet the Co. OI/ST Target.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the customers’ needs, directs the customer relationship with C-level, proposal, pricing and negotiating the deal to completion.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, etc. especially with local Saudi nationals.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Industrial Automation Control systems. Knowledge on Yokogawa system (DCS &ESD) preferred
• Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics.
• Knowledge and application of sales process
• Knowledge of greenfield and large brownfield and after-sales service
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Aramco and/or SABIC will be an advantage.
• Field and site experience will be additional advantage.

Competencies/Skills:

• Knowledge of Yokogawa DCS system CS3000/CVP, & ESD system ProsafeRS.
• Technical background control systems (Engineering knowledge will be added advantage)
• Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposal for Service or brown field related jobs.
• Identify the SOW and risk during proposal stages.
• Strong sales drive and ability to negotiate at all levels of customer organizations.
• Target oriented, committed to long-span work
• Computer skills: MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, Outlook, CRM, SAP etc.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and understanding of organizational policy and procedures.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Atitude to learn new technologies. Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, challenged by multi-disciplined problems.
• Good Problem solving, strong Negotiation and reporting skills.
