This is what you are going to do!

As Process Control Instruments Sales Support Engineer, you are responsible for the complete technical solution provided for all RFQ’s assigned (RFQ = request for quotation). You are accountable for the overall quotation cost estimate, technical description and communication with sales and account manager of assigned RFQ’s. Your position is contributing for building on customer relationships with existing customers and potential new customers. As part of the Sales Team, you shall work cooperatively with sales and engineering teams to create value propositions for customers and contribute to the growth objectives.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Technical and commercial quotation preparation and sole responsibility for simple offers
• Design documentation analysis
• Evaluate / select equipment and components to ensure the solution offered meets requirements of the customer specifications.
• Direct support resources in the creation of required documents for RFQ requirements
• Quotation documentation and tracking
• Technical support for sales team
• Coordination and administration of sales tasks, support to sales colleagues
• Contact person for new as well as existing customers
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) inputs/updates
• Clarification of technical issues with suppliers/customers

We are looking for a colleague with:

• Graduate of a technical program at a university or institution of higher professional education
• 1-3 years’ work experience in related industries of process instrumentation and control
• Understanding metrology and processinstrumentation –operation, selection
• Dynamic person with excellent time management and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to communicate with people of all levels
• Quick learner, excellent communication skills, enjoys dealing with customers
• Team-oriented, high degree of self-drive
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good command of English (writing, speaking and technical terminology)
• Knowledge of software including AutoCAD, E-plan, SAP, CRM is a plus.
• Ready to work from our office Warsaw, Poland
