Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Process Solutions. You will partner with world class engineering’s and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Identify training and development needs of the team and coordinate appropriate programs
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering technologies
• Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Take technical responsibility for the overall design and scope of Honeywell supply
• Manage project schedule and milestone execution
• Cultivate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Supporting visa requirements for non-resident engineers, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations
• Travel up to 25%, to customer sites for design, testing, commissioning, and customer training

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience with industrial distributed process control systems

WE Value

• 10 years industrial process control experience
• Experience with E&I and site installations
• Honeywell control systems experience, including ExperionPKS®, TPS, TDC 3000
• Knowledge of platforms and virtualization, especially Windows server/clients and VMWare
• Knowledge of networking software and/or Cisco networks
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Knowledge of Third-party control systems including ControlLogix
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done,
• Ability to convey messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
