YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are expanding our newly established software team in Kraków, dedicated to developing robust ecosystem of “Service” applications for technicians who maintain electrical equipment in factories and their managers who plan and oversee their work. These applications will help track installation status, assess the condition of equipment, plan maintenance and perform safety operations. Our system will prevent blackouts and allow machines to be up and running. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing the Azure DevOps pipelines and releases that power our entire suite of Service applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the infrastructure, administrating Linux machines, and optimizing Azure resources, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. You will also be responsible for creating and managing Helm charts to ensure consistent and efficient deployment processes. While your primary focus will be on the Azure environment, experience with Cyber Security topics and Terraform will be a valuable asset, further strengthening our commitment to security and infrastructure as code. We are looking for a proactive individual who is not just interested in running projects but in building and sustaining a robust, high-quality product ecosystem. Work model: hybrid #LI-Hybrid Your responsibilities •Manage and optimize Azure resources, including PaaS services, databases, storage, networks, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Key Vault •Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and manage release processes across various environments •Oversee containerization efforts, working with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications efficiently. Knowledge of Terraform and IaaS concept is nice to have •Administer Linux machines and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring their security, performance, and availability •Develop and maintain shell scripts in Bash/Python to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality •Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code, leveraging Git for version control •Ensure adherence to best practices in infrastructure management, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability. Knowledge of Cyber Security standards and best practices is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, with a focus on Azure resources and cloud infrastructure
• Strong expertise in managing Azure services, including PaaS, databases, storage, networks, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and others
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines and release management. Knowledge of Terraform and IaaS concept is a plus
• Solid experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Cyber Security and best practices is a plus
• Hands-on experience in administering Linux machines and shell scripting in Bash/Python
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, strong written and spoken communication skills in English
