Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions
• Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and Quality metrics
• Engage with startups, research institutions and industry expert
• Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
• Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and well being
• Contribute to patent filings and intellectual propertydevelopment. Publishwhite papers and represent in conference

Requirement:

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization
• Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and research collaborations
• Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
• Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry project
• Experience in new ventures and start up is a plus
