You will participate in both architectural discussions, feature development, maintenanceas well as in team planning. The team is an essential contributor toABB’snext generation control products based on a newly developed platform, supporting the latest industry communication protocols with demands from both security and safety standards.

Responsibilities in theRole:

• Together with your team solvecomplex industrial problems, andreviewcurrent technologies to choose effectivesolutions, equipment and methods for new products or software.

• Coachingjunior team members when needed.

• Be an active team member and always put the team outcomes first.

• Work together with other teams and departments to solve problems.

Qualifications for the Role

• We believe you havea minimum of 4years of experience in software development.

• Proven knowledge incontainerization, micro servicesandLinux.

• Very productive in either Rust, C# or C++.

• Experiencewithcontinuous integration/deployment.

• Care about quality and practicetest-driven developmentor something similar.

• You genuinelycareabout the art of software development.

• A B.Sc., orM.Sc.in Data Science orequivalent workexperience.
