Sr Systems Eng Supervisor

·Leadership and Direction: o Providing guidance and direction to team members. o Aligning team goals with organizational objectives o Addressing interpersonal conflicts within the team · Performance Management: o Develop SMART Goals & Objectives for self & team o Regularly assessing employee performance. o Providing constructive feedback and coaching. o Identifying areas for improvement and growth · Recruitment and Onboarding: o Facilitating the hiring process, including creating job descriptions and conducting interviews. o Ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees. · Employee Development: o Supporting employees’ professional growth. o Identifying training needs and opportunities. · Organizational Skills: o Managing workflows, deadlines, and priorities. o Ensuring efficient team operations. o Maintain mutually beneficial relationship with Functions (HR / GMS/ Finance / Sourcing / Staffing/Factory) to ensure Project & team needs are addressed in time

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor (project management and estimation)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• English proficiency
