As aTechnical Inside Sales Representative,you will provide best technical support for our Customers, Sales Representatives, Business Partners and Intermediaries; guarantee a positive Customer Experience managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that answer their questions; applying best fit aligned to relevant process and policy.
You will ensure efficient collaboration with order management, outside sales or any other department involved in managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve Customer’s problems.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Manage technical enquiries for Emerson portfolio; Manage technical requests and quotations (RFQ); Track quotations to Customers, on behalf of Salespersons
• Provide technical service assistance relating to application problems with products installed in the field; Provide recommended solutions/corrective actions; ensure all Customer requests are properly managed and closed to Customer Satisfaction using SalesForce
• Provide competitor product cross-references, as required; Generate leads for sales force CRM through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities
• Provide internal feedback within the company regarding customer concerns, by gathering and analyzing the broad source of information collected through Customer interactions
• Detect non-conformities and report them; contributes to continuous improvement
• Maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio; keep update on new products and portfolio evolution: product range evolutions, new products introduction, obsolescence, replacement products
• Ensure that any activity, task, and responsibility, as well as all transactions, are managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program and with the Quality and Environmental Management System

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or relevant experience – Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering technology
• Preferable progressive industry experience in Industrial and factory automation
• Fluent in local languages, Dutch, French and English.
• Direct and interactive computer skills and electronic business interfaces: Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams
• Details oriented, ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasks, good judgement skills; Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; proactive
• Cooperative; willingness to interact and work with others; team player; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Good Customer sense; interest for Commercial role and environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce (preferred)
