We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Engineer for our office in Ede, The Netherlands, specializing in automation technologies. Our main goal is to offer top-tier technical support for our array of automation products and solutions, such as Aventics, Asco, Topworx, and Tescom, to a diverse group that includes Customers, Sales Representatives, Business Partners, and Intermediaries. Additionally, we ensure a positive Customer Experience through efficient collaboration with various departments – technical support, order management, outside sales, and others – to deliver fast and informed solutions to our customers’ issues. This comprehensive support extends across the Benelux region, encompassing the French-speaking areas of Belgium.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Manage technical enquiries for entire portfolio; handle technical requests and quotations; track quotations to Customers, on behalf of Salespersons.
• Provide technical service assistance relating to application problems with products installed in the field; provide recommended solutions/corrective actions; ensure all Customer requests are accurately managed and closed to Customer Satisfaction
• Generate leads for sales force CRM through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities.
• Provide internal feedback within the company regarding customer concerns, by gathering and analysing the broad source of information collected through Customer interactions.
• On request, participate in trade shows for both duty and surveys as requested by Sales & Marketing
• Maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio; keep update on new products and portfolio evolution: product range evolutions, new products introduction, obsolescence, replacement products.
• Ensure that any activity, task, and responsibility, as well as all transactions, are managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program and with the Quality and Environmental Management System

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Intermediate degree or equivalent experience in engineering – technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, IT or automation
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; proactive sense; interest for Commercial role and environment
• Willingness to interact and work with others; be a great teammate.
• Direct and interactive digital skills and electronic business interfaces: Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams etc
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in following languages; Dutch, French and English.
• Preferable progressive industry experience in Fluid automation or process related industry.
