Directed to senior students of Psychology, Business administration or similar. We believe in empowering potential in young people through job rotation in main departments of the company, and training and feedback constant.

You will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager

You will work on-site from Bogotá.

This is a paid internship.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will provide support in administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition processes, networking, sourcing support, and recruitment processes.

THE ESSENTIALS – YOU WILL HAVE:

• Students of Psychology, Business administration or similar.

THE PREFERRED – YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

• Previous hands-on experience in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Availability to do the internship with us for 1 year.
• Advanced English.
