Systems Engr II

Responsibilities:

·Project engineering, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.

·Participates in Sales to projects handover meeting

·Work out accurate detailed BOM

·Work out forecasting of BOM for anticipated orders

·C-KOM, site data collection, and input gathering.

·Site execution planning, manpower planning, and team management.

·Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations

·Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.

·Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering, and architecture.

·Achieve change orders/service orders for out-of-scope jobs

·Man-hour control on spent man-hours of project

·Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion

·Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT testing & demo to customer &sign off

·Responsible for Standardization of Engineering.

·Ensures Quality Check on deliverables.

·Communication with customers/consultants for project correspondences. Have close coordination with the project manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans, and cash collection.

·Executing Project along with I&C.

·Experience in offshore platforms will be an added advantage and the Engineer should be Ready to Travel Offshore platform

·Site closure as per HON processes.

·Vendor management, selection, PR – PO, and follow-ups for delivery

·Contractor SOW preparation

·Required travel 60% of the time. Remote sites travelling is also required for this role.

·Prior site travel experience is must. And should be medically fit for customer site visit.

·Required offshore Platform deputation as per project requirement.

·Follows ISO, HSE, and internal processes.

·Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems.

• Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years.
