Major Duties:

• Responsible for achieving signature of Start-up / Take-over Certificate (PAC) and Performance Acceptance Certificate (FAC), including the following site activitiescustomer trainingCATcommissioning & start-up advisory servicesoperation assistance/baby-sitting after start-upperformance test
• Site service planning / schedules, Progress coordination, follow up and reporting
• Managing and coordinating site service activities with the Customer and other ANDRITZ site service team.
• Customer relationships related to site management
• Site resources management, verifying resourcing together with project management in respect to contract budget and definitions
• Site coordination meetings and reports (Meeting memos and Weekly reports, Logbook / diary management / feedback)
• Making sure necessary notices for milestones have been issued according to contract requirements during site service activities
• Collecting relevant logbook information of machine damage / unplanned shutdowns
• Responsible for Punch-list completion
• Site service risks management in coordination with project management
• Contract / claim management in cooperation with Project Management
• Cost /Cash management at sitein coordination with project management
• Site purchasing coordination and documentation,Execution of purchasing activities at site in coordination with Purchasing
• Site logistics for equipment/components/parts delivery, open box inspection
• Support for handling and controlling of invoices from sub-contractors / to the Customer.
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and QA/QC coordination at site
• Local support concerning the on-site portion e.g. customs clearance, work permits, taxes, letter of credit, logistics etc.
• Special dedicated tasks if local company / local branch office is established for the project, Management and administration of local company / local branch office, support HR regarding HR related contracts and local payroll management

Competence:

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Pulp & Paper industry, Chemistry or any re-causticizing and lime kiln related engineering
• Good understanding of site services and project execution
• Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral.
• More than 2-year experience of white liquor plant (re-causticizing and lime kiln) operation or commissioning & start-up
• Microsoft Office; AutoCAD
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent team spirit
• Excellent communication still with customer, supplier and internal functions – Office location in
• Foshan, Guangdong and project site (China or abroad)
