We are seeking aSenior Field Service Technicianto join our Services Business in Building Automation team to be based in our Auckland office. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products and systems, ensuring their optimal performance. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

·Service and maintenance of security equipment and third-party equipment on all designated sites

·Security system installations, calibrations and maintenance including diagnoses and faults repair electronic security (CCTV, Access point etc) and mechanical equipment

·Build strong relationships and maintain trust with clients and customers

·Able to work and perform duties outside of normal working hours at times

·Health and safety conscious and promote zero harm

·Be accountable in managing sites and sub-contractors

Key Experience & Capabilities:

·Trade certificate or at least 2 years’ relevant experience

·Security experience required, BMS and Network experience is good to have

·Analytical and can think outside of the box

·Strong communication skills both written and verbal

·Health and safety conscious and knowledge

·Self-motivated and able to work on site with no supervision

·Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·Holds full driving license and ability to travel
