As a Sr. Advanced Test Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our test manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for implementing advanced test manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our test manufacturing operations by driving efficiency, improving quality, and increasing productivity. Your expertise in implementing advanced test manufacturing technologies and driving process improvements will help us stay competitive in the market and deliver innovative products to our customers. Your leadership and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global technology leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage advanced test manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Implement advanced test manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years’ experience in advanced test manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

• Extensive experience in a technical discipline such as science, technology and engineering

• Strong knowledge of test manufacturing technologies, such as automation and Manufacturing

• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

WE VALUE

• Advanced Engineering degree such as EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering), or related field

• Experience in semiconductor test manufacturing

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced test manufacturing

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
