Scope of Work:
Kent is looking for a Senior Pressure Systems Engineer – Inside of IR35 to be based in Aberdeen for 6 month duration.
Key Deliverables:
• Leading discipline focused tasks, liaising with other technical colleagues and client representatives as required.
• Delivering against relevant internal and external client deadlines to a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Providing front line support to client requests and issues.
• Produce technical documentation relevant to discipline, e.g. isometrics, P&ID’s, single line drawings, layout drawings, GA’s equipment registers, etc.
• Develop workpacks for enactment on site by own company or third party/vendor as applicable.
• Develop, check and implement risk-based inspection and assessment (RBI-A) strategies in relevant discipline areas.
• Reviewing and sentencing anomalies, including risk ranking, categorisation and risk ranking as appropriate.
• Developing asset level integrity management strategy documentation.
Key Requirements:
• Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in relevant discipline area. Experience in an asset integrity/operational engineering support role is desirable.
• Experience with typical Oil and Gas, Windfarm and chemical industry client systems, e.g. JDE, SAP, Maximo, COABIS, etc.
• Understanding of the Integrity Cycle, including key steps associated with planning, enacting, checking and feedback.
• Knowledge and familiarity with relevant inspection techniques, including GVI/CVI as well as NDT, NII, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of using relevant industry codes and standards e.g., ISO, BS, ASME, API, etc.
• High level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
