Sales Manager
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Regional Sales Engineer you will support the defined Motion Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. In this role you will also bring new business and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. The work model for the role is hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for: •Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. •Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place by means of face to face or virtual meetings. •Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts. •Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• You are engaged in industrial environment projects
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in technical field (drives, motors and generators) and sales more than 5 years
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of sales tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• You are passionate about business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories
• University degree in Engineering field, electrical preferred
• You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken
