Digital Software Engineering Manager

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for software professionals to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires one to lead or be part of a team with extensive experience on Python programming language to build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the Azure platform. Candidate will be responsible for SQL and Advance SQL development along with Development of data integration modules (ETL/ELT) and should bring solid experience to our team implementing successful development projects. The work model for the role is : #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, India

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Education – BE/Btech – CSE,IT,IS,ECE or similar Engineering disciplines
• 6-8 years of overall work experience with SQL / Advance SQL as per requirement though Python.
• Lead the requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new software and enhancements of existing applications
• Development of ETL and ELT modules using Python & data transformation and processing modules
• Mentor the team driving correct adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices (“Real” Agile, TDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, CI/CD, Cloud, etc.)
• Evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives
• Implement high quality software solutions in line with business requirements & diagnose and solve technical problems
• Working in a global software development team, sharing experience and skills with other team members
