Job Description

This position operates under general oversight, necessitating skills in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to perform analytical tasks.
• Provide support for Fluor’s Integrated Project Executions Systems and Tools, working with the Project Systems & Data (PS&D) Lead on technical configurations and office assistance.
• Work alongside a senior Project Automation Specialist (PAS) to assess and define the requirements for technology support and implementation.
• Support the Information Technology (IT) team in assessing the impact of new technologies on Fluor’s infrastructure and systems.
• Independently analyze problems of varying complexity and recommend solutions that align with the organization’s and/or project’s goals and guidelines.

Basic Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or global equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Some technical or business college/university or global equivalent education preferred
• Demonstrated problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
• Basic interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic computer experience and knowledge of typical software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, email, and Microsoft Internet Explorer

Salary Range

34,500 to 54,500

Market Rate

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
