In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Actively promote and sell business, including products, solutions and services or projects of responsibility.
• Identify and qualify strategic project opportunities in all project phases including (pre)FEED phase.
• Develop the project pursuit strategy and teams to maximize chances of success.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about technologies and products.
• Participate in customer development activities for early positioning such as presentations, trade shows, fairs and conferences.
• Proactively collaborate and share relevant information with colleagues and other related teams.
• Qualify other products and solutions where we are not considered to maximize the scope.

Who You Are:

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• STEM degree or comparable technical education.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with automation projects.
• Extensive sales experience in the technical industry.
• English and Spanish language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
• Availability to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Instrumentation technical knowledge.
