ANDRITZ is seeking aProject Managerto lead, steer and further develop the projects and its performance within the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division focusing on e-Fuels projects.

What can you expect?
• Support, lead and develop our offerings (pre-engineering stages) and complete RFQs to be able to support our customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer orders with overall profit & loss responsibility for the project: costs, deadlines, and quality from project handover (sales to execution) up to final acceptance by the customer.
• Report project progress in the monthly project progress reviews
• Lead the international project team and ensure collaborative and solution-oriented team spirit within the team.
• Develop and manage our cooperation and joint venture both internally and externally with identified partners including methanol / methane synthesis and FT synthesis providers.
• Lead communication and chair meetings and negotiations with the customer, other project partners e.g. for civil and erection and main sub-suppliers
• Manage project scheduling, resource planning and project controlling.
• Take responsibility for Contract & claim management in accordance with the contract while ensuring timely availability of the necessary documentation.
• Act as team player during project execution with the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division´s team members.
• Escalate timely to the management and align with the legal department if required.
• Manage project changes and deviations according to the contract.
• Prepare lessons learnt after project closure.
• Report to the Renewable Fuel Director and dotted line to the Global Director of Project Management of the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division
What you bring to the table?
• At least 10+ years of experience in international and multinational EPC project management senior roles preferably in chemical plant engineering business. Experience in methanol and ammonia processes are plus.
• Proven track-record of successful project closure
• Customer focused open and pro-active personality with strong ownership for performance and shared commitment.
• Degree level qualification, preferably in an engineering discipline
• Excellent knowledge of project managment tools and processes
• Fluent in English, ideally experience in working within international teams.
• Good PC skills (e.g. Microsoft 365, SAP or similar ERP)
• Proactive hands-on-mentality and readiness to grow the execution capabilities from the scratch.
• Willingness to travel internationally and excitement to work with people with different cultural backgrounds.
