We are looking for aProcess Specialist (m/f/d)inVienna.
Your Tasks
• Ensuring the development and management of competitive and standardized processes
• Execution of agreed R&D projects.
• Active participation in strategic product management, R&D budgeting, and reviews.
• Cost controlling and target review of assigned R&D projects
• Ensuring and improving the competitiveness of processes assigned through regular benchmarking with competitors.
• Creation of specifications.
• Supports and executes measurements, mill audits, performance tests and troubleshooting, start-ups if necessary.
• Reporting and preparation of reports for the Management and Controlling regarding costs, time schedules, orders status and contract fulfillment.
• Preparation and presentation of product and process presentation material.
• Provide support for sales teams.
• Support in the development and finding digitalization solutions (e.g., BigData, B2B, IoT).
Your Profile
• Degree of a technical university with focus on process engineering (mechanical engineering, plant engineering or industrial engineering, etc.).
• Preferably experience and knowledge of basic mechanisms and theories in the production processes of the timber product or pulp and paper industry.
• Initiative-taking, analytical, results-oriented and independent working style
• Willingness to travel and work in an international business environment.
• Comprehensive technical and commercial understanding.
• Very good knowledge of German, business fluent in English, other foreign languages beneficial.
• Customer orientation, negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a confident manner.
• ERP experience, SAP knowledge beneficial.
• Willingness for further education and training.
• Open to technical and technological developments, improvements and standardizations of processes and machines.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.112,78 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
