As a Sr Advanced Project Engineer withHoneywell Smart Energy, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective solutions for smart energy solutions, including (NPI) New Product Introduction. You will work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs of the market and the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery for advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions and enterprise performance management
• Guide and manage advanced projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting customer requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Honeywell NPI process i.e., Z21.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in advanced technology projects
• Strong guiding and communication skills
• Experienced in applying Waterfall and/or SAFe Agile methodology
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
