Join Johnson & Johnson in our Manufacturing Science and Technology Small Molecules business as MSAT SM SH Trainee in Schaffhausen.

This outstanding opportunity is open to final-year students or fresh graduates interested in working in the field of life saving drug product supply chain. In this position, the trainee will have the chance to learn various aspects of manufacturing and cleaning processes for the preparation of drug products designated to human use and corresponding product lifecycle management, including the basis of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and some regulatory rules.

Together with this knowledge the candidate will learn to work in a dynamic working environment, supporting the MSAT team and interacting with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Providing administrative and logistic support to the MSAT API/Solids local team in organizing meetings business related and other relevant tasks.
• Support in the daily business and projects
• Providing support for document writing and approval.
• Responsible for periodic review and updating of relevant documents.
• Collecting and classifying data for the creation of a local MSAT knowledge database center.
• Learning and apply the basis of GMP roles, product life cycle management and cleaning/manufacturing fundamental processes for Solids formulation.

What we offer in this trainee program is:

• Full-time employment contract for two years.
• Broad experience in product life cycle management, manufacturing and cleaning processes for Solids by having access to manufacturing area (dispensing, dry and wet granulation, blending, compression, coating, encapsulation, bottling and blistering) and working with experienced process engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are seeking fresh university graduates Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English language and basic German language skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
