JOB DESCRIPTION
What you’ll do
• Act as the Richmond Service center production leader – responsible for determining and implementing the production plan in Richmond for the operations team to execute.
• Responsible for interfacing with the GEV optimization team to ensure Richmond has healthy volume to support cost liquidation, but avoid overload and capacity wait time.
• Lead long term fulfillment planning in Richmond, identify bottlenecks, implement solutions to mitigate bottlenecks
• Lead Shipping and Receiving to ensure on time delivery
• Interface with internal and external GEV Richmond customers
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degreeinMechanical Engineering or similar concentration
• 3+ years of People Leader experience in manufacturing or repair operations
• Demonstrated experience with steam turbine repair
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement
Eligibility Requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must work 100% onsite at the GE Richmond, VA Repair Center

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $110,000 – 137,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.This posting is expected to close on December 2, 2024, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
