In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible for producing daily requirements per direction/schedule
• Set up and teardown of SMD feeders and trolleys
• Set up and operate SMD, glue dot and quality inspection (SPI, AOI) equipment.
• Set up and operate selective solder equipment (supervise preheat temperatures, wave height, and fluxer).
• Set up and operate Automatic Insertion (AI) equipment.
• Set up and operate PWA washing equipment
• Collaborate with technicians, process engineers and internal customers as required
• Will help establish, understand, and collect data for team metrics as required
• Participation in Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Navigate PC/software as required including SAP, Juki, YesTech, Aegis, Cogiscan, Proficy
• Prepare, inspect, and touch up conformal coated PWAs. Use work order information and drawings to ensure accurate boards are coated to desired specifications
• Adherence to all quality standards
• Actively involved in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen
• Complete duties of Manufacturing Operator I as needed
• Complete all assigned training and maintain any certifications as required including quality IPC Level 2C

For This Role, You Will Need:
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in operating automated equipment
• Work optimally in a team environment, effective communication skills
• Proven mechanical and/or electronic ability
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Physical demands:Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to distinguish colors
• Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Available to attend off-site training
