Manufacturing Engineer I

As an Industrial Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our manufacturing operations by implementing process improvements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

• Conduct time studies and optimize work methods

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures

• Support New equipment Introduction.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience in Equipment Protocol Validation.

• Knowledge of Automation Basics.

• Experience in Automated Process.
