This role will provide direct support to our Sioux Center Manufacturing team, as described in the responsibilities section below. Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee the production process and ensure that all manufacturing operations are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.

• Issues/tracks POs
• Document control – tracking/printing/storage
• Coordinates/prepares items for shipping – labels, emails, FedEx/UPS, etc.
• Assist Material Coordinator to organize material for job starts – identifies/rectifies missing items, pulls material, etc.
• Ability to work independently on projects – prioritize tasks, communicate status, etc.
• Track outgoing tasks and communicate shipping and delivery dates to other team members.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that production meets customer demand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Excel, One Note, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• A high level of detail accuracy with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Adaptability/flexibility
• Effective in all aspects of communication
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong working knowledge of Teams and OneNote
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment

Travel:
Travel will be minimal for this position (up to 5%).

While performing the duties of this job, this role may be exposed to high/precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and all outside weather conditions. Depending on the role, one may be expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Due to the nature of our work and our client base, the role may involve tasks in an environment exposed to dust. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and complying with safety standards to protect their well-being.
